PRICING

The price at which you sign up is the price you pay for the duration of your account with Eco Hosting - we guarantee you will never pay any more.

NO CONTRACTS

No contracts to sign and no minimum terms, simply contact customer services if you wish to cancel your account. Please note that pro-rata refunds are not given for yearly hosting accounts that are cancelled part-way through the year.

Monthly payments are taken in advance and no refunds can be offered if accounts are cancelled after a monthly payment has been made. Reminders will be sent 7 days before a payment is due and it is up to you, the customer to make sure that the payment is made. Failure to make payment will make the value of the subsequent payment double to cover both months. If no payment is made on the subsequent payment date then the account will be suspended.

Arrangements for trees to be planted will be made upon receipt of payment for customers paying yearly however due to the fact that customers paying monthly can cancel at any time without penalty, trees for these customers will be planted at the end of the first 12 months.
