Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Please create a new ticket for each new problem so we can trace any lost tickets quickly and effectively. We endeavour to respond to tickets within 4 hours, however on most occasions it is usually within 10 minutes.

Q : How long will it take for my web hosting account to be setup?
A : All web hosting accounts are activated in real time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We send your welcome email within minutes of your account being ordered (dependant on your ISP)
Q : How long will it take for my new domain name to become active?
A : Domains are registered as soon as you order them, however it can take between 24 and 72 hours for them to become visible on the Internet.
Q : Can I buy a domain name, but not buy web hosting?
A : Yes, you do not have to buy the web hosting when you buy a domain name.
Q : How can I pay for my web hosting account or domain name?
A : For web hosting accounts our preferred payment method is one-off payment and our pricing policy reflects this, we also accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (Switch), Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Delta.
For domain name registrations we accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (Switch), Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Delta. We regret that we do not accept cheque, postal orders, standing orders or cash.
Q : Can I have a free trial of a web hosting account?
A : All of our web hosting accounts offer a demo so if you would like to try one simply let us know. Please note that the following features have been disabled in the contol panel demo for security reasons: File Manager, Scheduled Tasks, Free Web Resources
Q : Do you host adult or warez websites?
A : No, we do not host any adult or warez websites.

As stated elsewhere on the site, we do prefer payment by one-off yearly fee so we can allocate the planting of a tree immediately, however, we do accept monthly Paypal payments. If paying monthly then tree planting will take place at the end of the first years web hosting.
